In the event of an emergency, tenants are urged to contact us on 1300 714 540 both inside and outside of business hours. We have a dedicated after-hours service who will attend to your query and make the necessary after hours call out. If for any reason you’re unable to raise our after-hours service, the following preferred providers are to be contacted.

Please note that should the tradesperson determine that the problem was not an emergency or the responsibility of the landlord, all costs incurred are the tenant’s responsibility.
Locked Out
Tenants who lock themselves out or lose keys are to contact a locksmith and are responsible to pay all associated costs to gain entry and or replace keys.
Emergency Items
- a burst water service or a serious water service leak
- a blocked or broken lavatory service
- a serious roof leak
- a gas leak
- a dangerous electrical fault
- flooding or serious flood damage
- serious storm, fire or impact damage
- a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the property
- a failure or breakdown of an essential service or hot water, cooking or heating appliance
- a fault or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure
- a fault or damage likely to injure a person, damage property or unduly inconvenience a resident of the property
All other repairs are considered to be routine repairs..
