Meet the Team

Linda King – Principal, New Business & Sales

Spanning over 18 plus years, Linda’s real estate experience includes roles in administration, property management, business development and sales. Her ability to be resourceful, use initiative, find innovative solutions always achieves great results with her team. Prior to real estate Linda worked in the automotive industry with BMW and Land Rover, giving her more insight and experience in first class customer service, organization and planning.

Deborah Codd – Office Manager

Deborah joined Homes4Rent with a wealth of varied background experience. Working with the State (NSW) electricity provider to managing numerous branches of Foreign Exchange in Sydney and having 7 years’ experience in real estate. Being an integral part of the Homes4rent team since 2018, Deb has now taken on the role of Office Manager. Her attention to detail ensures all our clients are treated with the utmost respect and their properties are always our priority. Currently owning investment properties herself Deborah knows what its like to be a landlord and takes this approach to the day to day management of our client’s properties.

Ana Stone – Property Manager

Completing a Certificate IV in Property Services in 2012, Ana’s experience in the property industry started in her early 20’s. Now, a dedicated property management professional, Ana has established her career in the property management sector working solely within boutique agencies. Ana’s passion drives her to succeed in all that she does. Ana is great at utilizing tools within the technology and systems our agency implements to advance her day to day organization of her portfolio.

Helen Ormond – Property Manager

With 14 plus years of real estate and property management experience Helen is a true team player. She is thoughtful, creative and provides a methodical and conscientious approach to her day-to-day and the team she works with. Easy going and friendly, Helen could be underestimated as these traits mask a highly competent and focused professional who will not accept any compromise. Her clients benefit from her high standard of service.

Louise Stoddart – Property Manager

Louise prides herself in her ability to openly communicate with both Owners and Tenants building long term, trusted relationships. Harnessing her previous experience in Sales and Marketing, Louise has a strong level of empathy and understanding. Her desire to provide a high level of service in residential Real Estate will ensure your Property is under excellent management, prioritising your Investment always.

Lauren Ramsay – Property Manager

Lauren has been attracted to real estate all her life, enjoying the diversity of the people she gets to meet and the ever-changing day to day challenges of the job.  Her exemplary organizational and time management skills allow her to stay in control of her demanding role while keeping smile on her face.  Driven by commitment to clients and exceeding their expectations, her role is to source and secure high-quality tenants for landlords and helping tenants find their perfect home.

Stacye Rafter – Property Manager

With a diploma in counselling, Stacye has a large amount of empathy and a genuine interest of helping people. she will always listen to potential tenant’s needs and help wherever possible; she strives to maintain efficient communication between the team and the tenants.

Being new to the real estate industry, Stacye is keen and eager to learn and provide the best service possible, with a professional touch. She recognises and values the trust that the team places in her and so, in turn, strives to exceed their expectations in the workplace.

Outside of the office, Stacye likes family camping trips and international  travel.

Shahney Collins – Business Development Manager

With an extensive career spanning over two decades in the real estate industry across New Zealand and Australia, Shahney has successfully navigated various roles, including sales, property management, marketing and design, business development, and digital media.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the forefront, Shahney relocated with her family from New Zealand to the Gold Coast three years ago, providing her with a unique perspective on diverse real estate markets. Shahney’s commitment to honesty is a cornerstone of her professional approach, consistently offering candid insights that highlight both the positive aspects and potential challenges in any real estate transaction. Clients can trust in her transparent and forthright guidance for their property needs.

As our new Business Development Manager at Homes4Rent, she plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Kez Barton – Property Manager

After starting her property management career in 2016, Kez has enjoyed her time in the industry as a routine inspections manager, a receptionist supporting a busy sales and rental team and, more recently, as a full-time property manager.

Kez believes that communication is the key to success and strives to ensure that every client, be it landlord or tenant, is communicated with fairly and within a timely fashion.  Kez has a firm but fair approach to people and loves the difference each day brings. 

In her spare time, Kez loves spending time with her Granddaughter and listening to live music.
